Name:
John Gaskins.
Age:
31
Profession:
I'm a Management student at Lancaster University.
Number
of years climbing:
16
Favourite
crag and why?
I don't know, maybe The G-Spot at Giggleswick South but that's possibly
because I've spent a lot of time there and also if I didn't have
a project there I maybe wouldn't feel the same way. Having said
that the crag does have a really nice situation, it's an overhanging
wave of rock at the head of small valley, although there are only
a couple of routes there.
Favourite
bouldering area and why?
Probably the South Lakes (Fairy Steps and Woodwell specifically),
mainly because it's where I live but also the crags are nice places
to be. Apart from my local area I'd say Fontainebleau, again because
it's a really nice place to be but also because there are so many
problems there.

Favourite
film?
I don't really have a favourite film, maybe something like The Matrix,
but I'm not that attached to any particular film.
Favourite
band or album?
It's hard to say specifically as it depends on what I feel like
listening to at a particular time.
What
was the last book you read and did you enjoy it?
The Bible was the last book I read from (this morning). Yes I do
enjoy reading from it.
